Explanation of Responses:

1. On February 23, 2022, Mr. Nicosia made a private purchase in the open market of 3528 shares of Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share ("Common Stock") (the "February 23, 2022 Purchased Shares").

2. Mr. Nicosia purchased 628 of the February 23, 2022 Purchased Shares at $2.50 per Common Stock, and the remaining 2,900 February 23, 2022 Purchased Shares at $2.65 per Common Stock.

3. The total number of Common Stock beneficially owned by Mr. Nicosia includes (i) 4,189,428 Common Stock are held by AKMN Irrevocable Trust, of which Mr. Nicosia is a trustee; (ii) 262 Common Stock are held by Nicosia Family Trust, and (iii) 4438.51 Common Stock are held directly by Mr. Nicosia.

4. The February 23, 2022 Purchased Shares are held directly by Mr. Nicosia.
