Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") award granted on December 22, 2021. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Registrant's common stock once vested. The entire award vests and becomes non-forfeitable on December 22, 2022, or, if earlier, the next annual meeting of stockholders of the Registrant following December 22, 2021.

2. One-third of the shares subject to the option vests on the first annual anniversary of the grant, and the remaining shares vest quarterly over the subsequent two years.
