1. On August 22, 2023, Mr. Matthews exercised his aggregate holdings of 1,041 Series B Warrants on a cashless basis at the exercise price of $35.41 per share, resulting in a net issuance to Mr. Matthews of 628 shares of Denbury Inc. common stock, in accordance with the Series B Warrant Agreement, dated September 18, 2020.
