Explanation of Responses:

1. The sales reported on this Form 4 represent shares sold by the Reporting Person to cover tax withholding obligations in connection with the vesting and settlement of restricted stock units ("RSUs"). The sale was to satisfy tax withholding obligations to be funded by a "sell to cover" transaction and does not represent a discretionary transaction by the Reporting Person. The RSUs represent a contingent right to receive one share of common stock of iBio, Inc.

2. These shares were sold in a single transaction at a price of $0.6832 per share.
