1. Represents Common Units issued to Macquarie Infrastructure Management (USA) Inc. upon reinvestment of base fees for the month ended May 31, 2022.

2. Includes 2,100 shares held in various investment funds for which Macquarie Investment Management Global Limited, a subsidiary of MGL, acts as investment advisor. MIMUSA holds the balance of the shares. Each reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of all such securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interest therein.
