Explanation of Responses:

1. The Reporting Person was granted 8,058 restricted share units. The restricted share units, which vest in on the first anniversary of the grant date, are to be settled in an equal number of common shares of beneficial interest upon vesting.

2. The reported amount consists of 13,658 restricted stock units and 5,000 shares of Common Shares. The restricted stock units are to be settled in an equal number of shares of Common Shares upon vesting.
