3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $53.64 to $54.61, inclusive. 4. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $54.66 to $55.36, inclusive. 6. The option will vest as to 25% of the shares on November 15, 2019, with the remaining 75% of shares vesting in equal monthly installments beginning on December 15, 2019 and ending on November 15, 2022.
