Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a grant of RSUs awarded to the Reporting Person under the Issuer's 2018 Incentive Compensation Plan. 3,904 of the RSUs will vest on December 12, 2023, 3,904 of the RSUs will vest on December 12, 2024, and 3,905 of the RSUs will vest on December 12, 2025, in each case, subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions of the award agreement governing the grant.
