Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares sold to satisfy tax withholding obligations in connection with the settlement of restricted stock units. The shares were sold pursuant to a prior written authorization executed by the reporting person on August 10, 2022 that is intended to comply with Rule 10b5-1.

2. The price reported is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $0.31 to $0.3206, inclusive. Upon request by the issuer, any security holder thereof, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the reporting person will provide full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the ranges set forth herein.

3. Represents 113,305 shares of common stock and 275,731 unvested restricted stock units.
