Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 10, 2021, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently omitted from Column 5, Amount of Securities Beneficially Owned Following the Reported Transaction(s), the 2,674 restricted stock units awarded on May 15, 2020. This amended Form 4 is filed to correct this omission and reflect such shares in Column 5.
