Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents an award of restricted stock units which will vest with respect to 25% of the shares on July 25, 2023, and will vest with respect to the remainder of the shares in equal monthly installments thereafter until fully vested on July 25, 2026. The restricted stock units will be settled in shares of the Issuer's common stock upon vesting.

2. Includes 287,356 restricted stock units.

3. The stock options will vest with respect to 25% of the shares on July 25, 2023, and will vest with respect to the remainder of the shares in equal monthly installments thereafter until fully vested on July 25, 2026.
