Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares that, at the effective time of the merger contemplated by the agreement and plan of merger, dated as of December 20, 2020, by and among Mirasol Parent, LLC, which was renamed RealPage Holdings, LLC, Mirasol Merger Sub, Inc. and RealPage, Inc., were converted into the right to receive $88.75 in cash.
