Explanation of Responses:

1. On September 1, 2023, a representative of Hoyoung Huh mistakenly reported purchases of 93,250 shares of the Company's Common Stock between 08/29/23 and 08/31/23. None of those purchases were made.

2. The securities are held by Hannol Ventures LLC (the "LLC"). The Reporting Person is sole member of the LLC.
