1. The option to purchase shares of Common Stock was granted under the Issuer's 2015 Stock Incentive Plan on June 7, 2018. Options to purchase an aggregate of 3,125 shares of Common Stock vested and became exercisable on each of June 30, 2018, September 30, 2018, December 31, 2018 and March 31, 2019, respectively.
