1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of NEX common stock.

2. On August 16, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 100,000 restricted stock units, vesting in three installments, on each of August 16, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

3. On January 3, 2022, the Reporting Person was granted 162,826 restricted stock units, vesting in three annual installments on each of January 3, 2023, 2024 and 2025.

4. These restricted stock units vest in three equal installments on each of January 3, 2024, 2025 and 2026.
