Explanation of Responses:

1. Based upon a weighted 200% achievement level of the performance metrics, the Reporting Person is receiving 121,110 of the targeted 60,555 restricted stock performance units granted on March 4, 2019.

2. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive one share of KRA common stock.

3. The 10,092 restricted stock units represent the third annual installment of the award granted on March 4, 2019. The vested shares were delivered to the Reporting Person upon vest.
