Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Minim common stock The Restricted Stock Unit were issued pursuant to the Company's Omnibus Incentive Compensation Plan and has a vesting schedule as follows: One-fourth (1/4) of the Units will be deemed to become "Vested Units" on the first anniversary of date of the transaction date and one-sixteenth (1/16) of the Units will become Vested Units on each quarterly anniversary of the transaction date thereafter.

2. The Form 4 filed on 12/16/2021, inadvertently gave the wrong number for the number of derivative securities beneficially owned following the reported transaction. This amendment fixes such error.
