Reflects restricted stock units granted under the Amer Sports, Inc. 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan ("the 2024 Omnibus Plan") on April 15, 2024, which are scheduled to vest in equal installments on the second and third anniversaries of the grant date, subject to the terms of the 2024 Omnibus Plan and the applicable award agreement.
