1. As of the date of this Report, John Xu owns 100% of Stratton Arms Holding, LLC, which holds a 42.5% partnership interest in Amsterdam NYC Fund, LP. Stratton Arms Holding, LLC owns 10,400,000 shares of Class A common stock, and Amsterdam NYC Fund, LP owns 3,200,000 shares of Class A common stock.
