Explanation of Responses:

1. Special one-time award of restricted stock granted pursuant to The J. M. Smucker Company 2020 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan will vest on the third anniversary of the grant date.

2. Special one-time award of restricted stock granted pursuant to The J. M. Smucker Company 2020 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan will vest on the fifth anniversary of the grant date.

3. The restricted stock granted for fiscal year 2026 pursuant to The J. M. Smucker Company 2020 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan vests in three equal annual installments beginning on March 20, 2027.
