Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the ProFrac Holding Corp. 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan. Each restricted stock unit represents the contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A common stock, par value $0.01 per share.

2. On May 26, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 and inadvertently reported that 34,469 restricted stock units were granted, this Form 4/A corrects that the number of restricted stock units the reporting person received is 34,496.
