Explanation of Responses:

1. On May 19, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that 16,060 shares were withheld to satisfy withholding taxes applicable upon vesting of each of the May 24, 2022 and August 10, 2022 grant of restricted stock units under the 2022 Long Term Incentive Plan, however, 0 shares were withheld to satisfy withholding taxes.
