1. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable over one year (subject to continued service), with 25% of the shares vesting every three months from the grant date.

2. The stock option vests and becomes exercisable over two years (subject to continued service), with 1/3 of the shares vesting on the grant date and the remaining shares vesting in 24 substantially equal monthly installments thereafter.
