Explanation of Responses:

1. This Amendment to the Form 4 filed by the reporting person on March 3, 2021 is filed to correct the vesting schedule previously reported in Table II. This option shall become exercisable in equal monthly installments over four years following April 1, 2021, so long as the reporting person remains an employee or other service provider of the Company on such dates.
