Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of Olin Common Stock.

2. The restricted stock units vests in three annual installments beginning on May 1, 2026.

3. 2,500 units vest on May 1, 2026, 2,500 units vest on May 1, 2027 and the remaining 5,000 units vest on May 1, 2028.
