3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in transactions at prices ranging from $43.77 to $44.29 inclusive. 4. The number of ordinary shares reported herein includes 383,741 shares underlying deferred bonus plan awards previously granted to the Reporting Person. Each award represents a contingent right to receive one (1) ordinary share of the Issuer upon vesting and settlement of the applicable award.
