1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $161.215 to $162.205, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $162.210 to $162.765, inclusive. The reporting person undertakes to provide to the issuer, any security holder of the issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price.

3. As of March 23, 2026, the reporting person had a balance of $218,714.95 in the Nucor Stock Fund in the Nucor Profit Sharing Plan. The number of shares has been calculated by the plan administrator of such plan.
