Explanation of Responses:

1. The option granted on December 26, 2014 provided for vesting of 25% at grant date and 25% annually beginning December 26, 2015.

2. On September 12, 2023, the issuer canceled, pursuant to an issuer option exchange program, an option for 50,000 shares of CNTY common stock granted to the reporting person on December 26, 2014. In exchange, the reporting person received a replacement option, for 50,000 shares, having an exercise price of $5.61 a share.

3. The option vests 25% at grant date, 25% at one year from grant date, 25% at two years from grant date and an additional 25% at three years from grant date.
