Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares of common stock that were issued in a public best efforts offering by the Issuer pursuant to the Registration Statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-293911), including the base prospectus therein, which was declared effective by the Commission on March 5, 2026, and a related prospectus supplement, dated March 16, 2026, which shares were issued at a public offering price of $0.38 per share of common stock. The transaction closed on March 17, 2026.
