The dividend equivalent rights accrued on unvested awards of Restricted Stock Units ("RSUs") and Performance Share Units ("PSUs") outstanding on March 31, 2026 and vest proportionately with the RSUs and PSUs to which they relate. Each dividend equivalent right is the economic equivalent of one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock.
