Explanation of Responses:

1. This amount reflects a correction of the total shares reported in the Form 4 filed on November 29, 2022, due to an administrative error in the Form 4 filed on January 3, 2017. The total amount of shares reported on all subsequent Form 4's filed on or after January 3, 2017, until this corrective Form 4/A, must be disregarded as incorrect. For the avoidance of doubt, the transactions reported in all Form 4's from January 3, 2017 until today were correct; the issue only pertained to the total number of shares reported on Table I, Item 5.
