1. Options are fully exercisable.

2. On November 8, 2023, the reporting person filed a Form 4 which inadvertently reported that, following her exercise of an option for 2,937 shares at an exercise price of $16.80, she had 2,937 option shares remaining. In fact, as reported in this amendment, the reporting person had no option shares remaining at an exercise price of $16.80.
