Explanation of Responses:

1. On the transaction date, the reporting person received a grant of restricted stock units ("RSUs") under the Astra Space, Inc. 2021 Omnibus Incentive Plan in connection with service on the board of directors of Astra Space, Inc. (the "Company"). The RSUs fully vest in one installment on May 15, 2024.

2. Each RSU is equivalent in value to one share of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of the Company.

3. These shares are held by Sherpa Ventures Fund II, LP ("ACME Fund II") and Eagle Creek Capital LLC. Mr. Stanford exercises voting and dispositive control over the securities held by ACME Fund II and Eagle Creek Capital LLC and thus may be deemed to beneficially own such securities. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of such securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
