1. Represents the transfer of shares from The Slowe Family Trust dated January 26, 2012, to the reporting person individually. No consideration was paid in connection with this transfer.

2. The sales reported on this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person on May 9, 2025.

3. The sales were executed in multiple trades at prices ranging from $139.08 to $140.03. The price reported reflects the weighted average sale price. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate sale price within the ranges set forth in footnotes 3 to 7 to this Form 4.
