Represents restricted stock units granted to the reporting person under the BKV Corporation 2024 Equity and Incentive Compensation Plan that vest in three equal annual installments beginning on March 10, 2027. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of common stock, par value $0.01 per share.
