Explanation of Responses:

1. These options were granted December 12, 2024. The options will vest 1/3 on each of the one-year, two-year and three-year anniversary of the grant date, provided that Optionee provides Continuous Service to the Company as of each such vesting date.

2. These options are held by the Reporting Person's daughter. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership in these shares.

3. These options vest over three years, beginning July 5, 2023, with 1/36th every month for the first year, and the 1/3 each on the second and third anniversary of the July 5, 2023, provided that the Reporting Person provides continuous services Continuous Service to the Company as of each such vesting date.
