On February 12, 2024, the reporting person was granted 300,000 options pursuant to the Company's 2023 Equity Incentive Plan, vesting in equal installments on the first of each month, beginning October 1, 2023, and ending October 1, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer on each respective vesting date.
