Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of restricted share units ("RSUs") that vest according to the following schedule: 820 RSUs vest on the date of grant, and the remaining 5,740 RSUs will vest monthly on the 8th calendar date of each month, beginning March 9, 2026 until October 8, 2026.

2. The share options will vest according to the following schedule: 1,096 share options vest on the date of grant, and the remaining 7,651 share options vest monthly on the 8th calendar date of each month, beginning March 9, 2026 until October 8, 2026.
