Explanation of Responses:

1. Pursuant to a restricted stock unit award agreement dated December 31, 2021, the Reporting Person was granted 7,500 restricted stock units, which will vest in three equal installments of 2,500 restricted stock units on each June 1 following the grant date. The second installment vested on June 1, 2023, of which 698 shares were withheld by the Issuer to satisfy the applicable tax withholding obligation and 1,802 shares of common stock were issued to the Reporting Person.
