Explanation of Responses:

1. On March 6, 2026, the Company granted to the reporting person 29,928 restricted stock units, vesting in three equal annual installments from the initial grant date through March 6, 2029. On March 24, 2026, the Company rescinded and cancelled these restricted stock units. None of the restricted stock units had vested at the time of cancellation.
