Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the settlement of an award of performance-based restricted stock units (RSUs) originally granted in January 2023 for shares of common stock upon the partial vesting of such award. The number of shares acquired upon vesting of the award was based on actual performance achieved relative to the target performance levels, which resulted in 7,316 RSUs vesting and being converted into common stock and 2,693 RSUs being forfeited.

2. Reflects shares acquired through 401(k) contributions since January 22, 2026.
