Explanation of Responses:

1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the issuer's Class A Common Stock, par value $0.001 per share.

2. The restricted stock units shall vest as follows: one-fourth shall vest on January 3, 2023, with the remaining vesting in 1/48 equal monthly installments until vested in full.

3. The stock options shall vest as follows: one-fourth of shall vest and become exercisable on January 23, 2023, with the remaining shares vesting in equal monthly installments until vested in full.
