1. The Reporting Person is the president of Radz Capital AEVEX Holdings, Inc. (the "Company"). As such, the Reporting Person may be deemed to beneficially own all of the shares held by the Company; however, the Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by the Company except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
