Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 3,000 shares acquired on May 20, 2025 under the Issuer's 2024 Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

2. Shares are held directly by Martin Babler revocable trust UAD October 25, 2006, for which Reporting Person serves as a trustee.

3. 25% of the shares underlying this option vest on July 29, 2026, and the remaining shares vest in equal monthly installments thereafter over the following 36 months, subject to the Reporting Person's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2024 Equity Incentive Plan) to the Issuer on each such vesting date.
