1. Each restricted stock unit (RSU) represents the right to receive one share of the Corporation's common stock upon vesting.

2. Reflects RSUs granted to the Reporting Person on March 14, 2025 in connection with annual equity award. These RSUs vest as to 1/3 (19,550 shares) on March 14, 2026, 1/3 (19,550 shares) on March 14, 2027, and 1/3 (19,551 shares) on March 14, 2028.

3. Reflects RSUs granted to the Reporting Person on March 14, 2025 in connection with the Reporting Person's promotion to President and Chief Operating Officer. These RSUs vest as to 1/3 (9,775 shares) on March 14, 2026, 1/3 (9,775 shares) on March 14, 2027, and 1/3 (9,776 shares) on March 14, 2028.
