1. The option vests in three equal annual installments based on the satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the annual periods ending June 30, 2024, 2025 and 2026. The performance criteria for the period ending June 30, 2024 were met, resulting in the vesting of options to purchase 313,199 shares.
