Explanation of Responses:

1. The option shall vest as follows: 25% of the shares subject to the option will vest and become exercisable October 8, 2022 and the remaining shares will vest in 18 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through such vesting date.

2. The option shall vest as follows: 25% of the shares subject to the option will vest and become exercisable on April 8, 2023 and the remaining shares will vest in 36 equal monthly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous services through such vesting date.
