Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents 5,250 restricted shares granted to the reporting person on June 08, 2023. These restricted shares vest on the day prior to the Issuer's 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The reporting person's initial Form 4 incorrectly specified the date of grant as June 22, 2023.
