Explanation of Responses:

1. On September 18, 2023, the reporting person transferred 526,516 shares of Class B Common Stock of the Issuer to a family trust for no consideration. The trustee of the trust is a member of the reporting person's immediate family, and members of the reporting person's immediate family are the sole beneficiaries of the trust. The trust is irrevocable; however, the reporting person retains the power of substitution with respect to the trust's assets.

2. Each share of Class B Common Stock of the Issuer is convertible into one share of Class A Common Stock of the Issuer at any time, at the holder's election, and has no expiration date.
