Explanation of Responses:

1. This option vests in equal monthly installments over a three-year period commencing on December 3, 2022, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.

Remarks:

This Amendment to the original Form 4 filed on November 16, 2022 (the "Original Form 4") is being filed solely to correct the exercise price in Column 2 of Table II. All other information in the Original Form 4 remains the same.
